Our meticulous design process ensures our owners that nothing has been overlooked. At Luxury Houseboat shares, the difference is in the details.
Adonia Yachts –
Adonia has been manufacturing houseboats for over 20 years. They understand the design requirements necessary to build a boat that best fits Lake Powell’s unique climate and geography. Ranging from 75’ x 22’ to 120’ x 24’ foot luxury houseboats, Adonia has mastered the ultimate customization of each boats’ individual layout and design. With a plethora of options available, including reverse layouts, docks, helipads, fire pits, theater rooms, docking systems and more, you can feel confident that your boat will be as comfortable, functional, and luxurious as possible.
How Shared Ownership Works –
When it comes to houseboating at Lake Powell, you can either rent, individually own, or have a shared ownership in a houseboat. Shared, or fractional ownership allows for individuals to share the cost of ownership on a luxury boat that they might not otherwise be able to afford on their own. The cost to rent a houseboat will run between $10,000 and $18,000 per week compared to about $5,000 a week on a shared boat or even less if you use the boat in the off season. When looking at a rental vs. a shared ownership houseboat, there is truly no comparison when it comes to the quality and design.
When you purchase a share in a luxury houseboat, you are buying a membership unit in a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC). Your membership unit represents a percentage of ownership and makes you responsible for the same percentage of costs associated with the houseboat. The benefit is that those costs are shared among the other owners, providing a more affordable alternative to either renting or owning your own houseboat.
